People say that the harder you work, the luckier you are, but Xiaobian doesn't think so. Do you think I'm going to pour chicken soup here?

In fact, the harder you work, the luckier you are. The harder you work, the more capable you are to control your destiny. So whether you want to open a simple mode of life depends on yourself. Only after you have suffered in the earlier period, can you make others see you as happy and invincible.

Six offers!

In fact, I asked Jack before why he chose the design major. I was also curious. What attracted Jack to this major? But Xiaobian was even more curious about how a "busy" painting boy gradually turned into a God of Men's offer harvester.~

So we interviewed Jack. Let him give some advice to his younger brothers and sisters.

Q1: I heard that you have received offers from many famous American universities. Can you talk about your offers? Do you have a favorite school?

Can I say three? One is the Parsons School of Art and Design, the New York School of Visual Arts and the Prett School of Art.

Q2: Do you encounter confusion and pressure in preparing for the exam? Or what is the biggest obstacle?

If you can't score, you're working very hard, but you can't score. Maybe I'm lucky enough to get there at the last minute.

Q3: Why did you choose this road of art? Has the future professional direction been determined?

Maybe it's because I learned to draw since I was a child. As for my future major, I will definitely choose something related to art, designers and so on.

Q4: I can get so many offers from such a good school. What do you think is my advantage?

I think the works are better, more points, more inspiration in ordinary life.

Q5: You are about to start your study abroad life. Do you have any plans for your future study or life?

I plan to prepare for postgraduate entrance examination after my undergraduate course. I want to go to Yale, Rhode Island or study in Italy and Japan.

Q6: What do you think are the shortcomings of preparing for University application? What can be done better?

I didn't take SAT. If I did, I would have a chance to go to Rhode Island. Then I should work harder to learn English, so that the score will be higher. I should have decided the direction of my major earlier. I only decided in the first semester of senior high school. If I come back, I will have decided in the last semester, so that I can go to more summer schools.

Q7: What do you want to say to your younger brothers and sisters? Or do you have any experience to share?

If you want to read art like me, you have to orient as early as possible so that you have enough time to prepare the collection. Because art students are different from ordinary students, besides doing well in standardization, you have to spend extra time to complete the collection of works, so it is actually a little more difficult than the application of ordinary students, and there are many things, but if you want to take SAT, it will be relatively simple.

So my suggestion is: First, set the direction as soon as possible.

Second, it's good for life. Some of my creative sources are from life. I read more social networking sites, Weixin, Weibo and so on.

Finally, I would like to recommend two websites for art students: Behance and Pinterest.

I am very happy to share with you my experience in the application process and in the preparation of my works. I have gained a lot along the way. I hope that some of my little carefulness can bring help to my students and younger sisters. Come on!
